1. The Employer will grant days of rest to an employee either: (a) (b) in the employee’s home port, when, in the opinion of the Employer, an employee is within reasonable travelling distance from the employee’s place of residence or the employee’s home port, in a location which, in the opinion of the Employer, provides adequate recreational facilities, in any other location which might be agreeable to both the Employer and the employee.

L’Employeur accorde des jours de repos à l’employé-e, soit : a) b) dans la localité du port d’attache du navire, quand, de l’avis de l’Employeur, l’employé-e est à une distance raisonnable de son lieu de résidence ou du port d’attache du navire, dans un lieu qui, de l’avis de l’Employeur, offre des installations de loisir appropriées, en tout autre endroit qui peut convenir à la fois à l’employé-e et à l’Employeur.
