1. Poorly sorted, feldspathic, clastic sediments disconformably overlie the evaporite sediments and adjacent basement rocks composed of metasediments and granite.

2. Bulk-compositional modification was accompanied by the formation of almandine-rich garnet and (or) relatively ferruginous hornblende in medium-grade (epidote–amphibolite to lower amphibolite facies) mylonites derived from both mafic and quartzo-feldspathic rocks.

Le changement de la composition chimique de la roche était accompagné de la formation de grenat et (ou) hornblende passablement riche en fer dans des mylonites de degré moyen (facies d'épidote–amphibolite à amphibolite inférieur) dérivées de roches mafiques et quartzo–feldspatiques.
