Faut-il interpréter l’article 7, premier alinéa, de la décision no 1/80 en ce sens que la prorogation d’un titre de séjour doit être assimilée à l’autorisation prévue dans cette disposition de rejoindre un travailleur turc appartenant au marché régulier de l’emploi lorsque le membre de la famille concerné vit avec le travailleur turc sans interruption depuis qu’il a été autorisé à le rejoindre au sens de cette disposition mais que ce dernier, après avoir quitté le marché régulier de l’emploi de l’État membre dans l’intervalle, n’y appartient à nouveau que depuis la prorogation du titre?
