1. On February 24, 2000 the Court of Aix-en-Provence rejected the appeal brought by the private anti-cult organization ADFI and by Ms Tamara Van der Pyl (a private individual whose ex-husband she accused of being a member of The Family, a circumstance both he and The Family deny).

Le 24 février 2000 la Cour d'Appel d'Aix-en-Provence a donné encore une fois gain de cause à La Famille (ex Enfants de Dieu), en rejetant l'appel du mouvement anti-sectes UNADFI et de Mme Tamara Van der Pyl (qui accusait son ex-mari d'avoir fait partie de La Famille, ce que soit lui soit La Famille niaient).
