Oto-rhino-laryngologie Antihistaminiques ou décongestionnants oraux (ou les deux) : pseudoéphédrine (Sudafed) (médicament de classe A), 30-60 mg PO tid ou qid pendant 47 jours ou triprolidine (Actifed) (médicament de classe A), 1 comprimé PO tid pendant 2-4 semaines
