26. The signing of the Protocol to the Stabilisation and Association Agreement between the European Communities and their Member States, of the one part, and the Republic of Albania, of the other part, to take account of the accession of the Republic of Croatia to the European Union is hereby authorised on behalf of the Union and its Member States, subject to the conclusion of the said Protocol.

La signature du protocole à l'accord de stabilisation et d'association entre les Communautés européennes et leurs États membres, d'une part, et la République d'Albanie, d'autre part, afin de tenir compte de l'adhésion de la République de Croatie à l'Union européenne, est autorisée au nom de l'Union et de ses États membres, sous réserve de la conclusion dudit protocole.

27. Notwithstanding the obligations under the Treaties on which the European Union is founded, Croatia may maintain in force for seven years from the date of accession the restrictions laid down in its Agricultural Land Act (OG 152/08), as in force on the date of signature of the Treaty of Accession, on the acquisition of agricultural land by nationals of another Member State, by nationals of the States which are a party to the European Economic Area Agreement (EEAA) and by legal persons formed in accordance with the laws of another Member State or an EEAA State.

Nonobstant les obligations prévues par les traités sur lesquels l'Union européenne est fondée, la Croatie peut maintenir en vigueur pendant une période de sept ans à compter de la date d'adhésion les restrictions prévues par sa loi relative aux terres agricoles (Narodne novine 152/08) en vigueur au moment de la signature du traité d'adhésion, en ce qui concerne l'acquisition de terres agricoles par des ressortissants d'autres États membres, par des ressortissants d'États parties à l'accord sur l'Espace économique européen (accord EEE) et par des personnes morales constituées conformément au droit d'un autre État membre ou d'un État partie à l'accord EEE.
