1. The above-mentioned problem stems from the fact that according to Rule 45 par.3 both committee vice-chairpersons have to be elected simultaneously.

2. Invites the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the United Nations Voluntary Fund for Technical Cooperation in the Field of Human Rights to present a comprehensive report on the Board’s work to the Human Rights Council on an annual basis, starting from the twentieth session of the Council, and encourages the chairpersons of the boards of trustees of other funds administered by the Office of the High Commissioner to support activities in the area of technical assistance and capacity-building to make a presentation at the same session;

Invite le Président du Conseil d’administration du Fonds de contributions volontaires des Nations Unies pour la coopération technique dans le domaine des droits de l’homme à présenter tous les ans au Conseil des droits de l’homme, à partir de sa vingtième session, un rapport complet sur les travaux du Conseil d’administration, et encourage les présidents des conseils d’administration des autres fonds administrés par le Haut-Commissariat visant à soutenir les activités menées dans le domaine de l’assistance technique et du renforcement des capacités à faire un exposé à la même session;
