In the event of testing, the athlete had to declare the use of the substance on the doping control form and, in the event of an AAF, the medical file had to be sent immediately to the ADO in charge of results management, following which the file would be sent to a panel of three physicians, who would review the entire case and determine whether or not it was acceptable.
