3. (6) In the case of State emblems other than flags, and of official signs and hallmarks of the countries of the Union, and in the case of armorial bearings, flags, other emblems, abbreviations, and names, of international intergovernmental organizations, these provisions shall apply only to marks registered more than two months after receipt of the communication provided for in paragraph (3), above.

6) Pour les emblèmes d’Etat autres que les drapeaux, pour les signes et poinçons officiels des pays de l’Union et pour les armoiries, drapeaux et autres emblèmes, sigles ou dénominations des organisations internationales intergouvernementales, ces dispositions ne seront applicables qu’aux marques enregistrées plus de deux mois après réception de la notification prévue à l’alinéa 3) ci–dessus.
