3. This case report describes a patient who was admitted for treatment to a hospital in Zambia exhibiting the clinical picture of early placental abruption. She presented with severe abdominal pain and constant contraction of the uterus that was sensitive on palpation.

Vorgestellt wird eine Patientin, die mit dem klinischen Bild einer vorzeitigen Plazentalösung in stationäre Behandlung in einem Krankenhaus in Sambia eingewiesen wurde: mit massiven Abdominalschmerzen sowie dauerkontrahiertem und druckempfindlichem Uterus.
