1. In eleven patients with diabetes insipidus centralis the effect of chlorpropamide, tolbutamide, glybenclamide, glycodiazin, hydrochlorothiazide and vasopressin was investigated.

Bei 11 Patienten mit Diabetes insipidus centralis wurde die Wirkung von Chlorpropamid, Tolbutamid, Glycodiazin, Glybenclamid, Hydrochlorothiazid und Vasopressin untersucht.

2. In this context, the endocrine stress response is mainly represented by adrenaline (A), noradrenaline (NA), antidiuretic hormone/vasopressin (ADH), adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH), and cortisol.

Relevant sind insbesondere die Reaktionen der endokrinen Streßparameter Adrenalin, Noradrenalin, ADH, ACTH und Kortisol.

3. Muscle cells from chick amnia were not significantly influenced by 10−6 to 10−3 mM oxytocin and 10−5 to 10−2 mM vasopressin.

Muskelzellen aus Hühneramnien werden durch 10−6 bis 10−3 mM Oxytocin und 10−5 bis 10−2 mM Vasopressin nicht signifikant beeinflußt.

4. In both groups, increases in coronary vascular resistance were observed with vasopressin (40 IU/1) and phenylephrine (30 μM) and decreases with adenosine (10 μM), isoprenaline (0.1 μM) and 30 sec stopflow (all p<0.05).

In beiden Gruppen wurde ein Anstieg des Koronarwiderstands mit Vasopressin (40 IU/1) und Phenylephrin (30 μM) und Absinken mit Adenosin (10 μM), Isoprenalin (0,1 μM) und 30 s Abklemmen beobachtet.

5. Beside the well known diminution of portal flow by vasopressin, which is extreme in anaesthetised minipig, there could be shown a remarkable diminution by high intravenous doses of nicotinic acid too without significant changes of systemic blood pressure and heart rat.

Damit ließ sich neben der bekannten, am narkotisierten Miniaturschwein extremen Verminderung des Pfortaderflow durch Vasopressin auch eine ausgeprägte Verminderung durch hohe intravenöse Dosen von Nikotinsäure zeigen, ohne daß es systemisch zu nennenswerten Veränderungen von Blutdruck und Pulsfrequenz kam.
