- Beihilfen in Form einer Verlustübernahme durch die Treuhand für MWC (Chemnitz I) in Höhe von 18 Millionen DM, die vor dem Zahlungsverbot rechtswidrig gewährt wurden;

4. Whereas it is up to the State concerned to decide in accordance with national provisions whether an alert may be entered into the Schengen Information System on the abductor or the parent unlawfully removing the minor from the person awarded legal custody;

in Anbetracht der Tatsache, dass dem betreffenden Staat entsprechend den nationalen Vorschriften die Entscheidung obliegt, ob eine Ausschreibung des Entführers oder des Elternteils, der den Minderjährigen missbrÌuchlich von der Person, der das Sorgerecht erteilt wurde, fernhält, im Schengener Informationssystem erfolgen kann,
