1. This article presents the options of medication therapy, spincter exercises, electric stimulation, transcutaneous tibial nerve stimulation, anal irrigation and injection of bulking agents.

Die Methoden medikamentöse Therapie, Beckenbodengymnastik, Biofeedbacktraining, Elektrostimulation, transkutane elektrische Nervenstimulation (TENS) des N. tibilisa anterior, anale Irrigation und subanodermale Injektionen („bulking agents“) werden anhand der aktuellen Literatur hinsichtlich Methodik und Ergebnisse vorgestellt.
