1. In pemphigus the intercellular spaces are primarily widened and, after the disappearance of desmosomes, the cells separate in toto. This process represents true acantholysis.

Bei Pemphigus kommt es zu einer primären Erweiterung des Intercellularraumes und, nach Verlust der Desmosomen, zu einer Trennung intakter Zellen — somit zu einer echten Akantholyse.

2. On the one hand, it is evident that Article 139 of the Private Insurance Code does not exclude in toto compensation for non-material damage caused by car accidents.

Zum einen liegt auf der Hand, dass Art. 139 des Privatversicherungsgesetzbuchs den Ersatz des bei Autounfällen entstehenden Nichtvermögensschadens nicht zur Gänze ausschließt.

Allgemein herrscht die Meinung, dass eine Milz mit einer parasitären Zyste in toto entfernt werden sollte, um eine akzidentelle intraoperative Öffnung der Zyste und eine mögliche peritoneale Kontamination zu vermeiden.
