Im Rahmen der vorliegenden Studie wird das Versorgungskonzept und die Ergebnisse für Abriß- bzw. Trümmerfrakturen am distalen Patellapol unter der protektiven Anwendung der externen patello-tibialen Transfixation vorgestellt.
