1. 1° heathland, moorland, marshland, mobile dunes, dune fields, salt meadows, tidal gullies, salt marshes, alluvial land, mud flats, ‘green’ beaches, reed beds, scrub, thickets, swamps, bogs, ponds, brooks, small rivers, pools, closed river channels, creeks, springs and water sources, in so far as they cannot be used as agricultural land;

Heiden, Hochmoore, Niedermoorsümpfe, Sandverwehungen, Dünengebiete, Deichvorland, Salzwiesen, Schorre, Schwemmland, Schlammböden, Grünstrände, Röhricht, Buschwerk, Gestrüpp, Sümpfe, Moorland, Tümpel, Bäche, kleine Flüsse, Teiche, geschlossene Wasserläufe, Priele, Quellen und Quellwasserläufe, sofern diese Gebiete nicht als landwirtschaftliche Flächen genutzt werden;
