Zweireihige Anastomosen und -nähte mit isolierter fortlaufender Naht der Submucosa (resorbierbarer Faden, 5−6 x 0) führen am Colon zu einem wasser- und gasdichten Verschluß sowie zu einer absolut sicheren Inversion der Schleimhaut; die seroseröse Nahtreihe dient dabei nur noch der mechanischen Entlastung der Anastomose.
