1. Direct suturing or indirect adhesion fixation are recommended as alternative methods.

Als alternative Methoden wurden hierzu entweder eine direkte Nahtfixierung oder eine indirekte Adhäsionsfixierung empfohlen.

2. Suturing of intraligamentous ACL-ruptures as well as patellar ligaments plasty showed unsatisfactory results.

Nicht zufriedenstellende Ergebnisse wiesen Nähte intraligamentärer Rupturen der VKB und Ersatzplastiken mit dem Lig. patellae auf.

3. Suturing the capsular flap to the stump of coraco-acromial ligament with the arm in external rotation allows immediate rehabilitation exercises in external rotation.

Wenn der Kapsellappen in Außenrotation auf den Stumpf des LCA genäht wird, ist eine frühfunktionelle Behandlung auch in Außenrotation möglich.

4. After 50 hours of practice on a pelvic trainer during which the laparoscopic handling and especially various suturing techniques were learnt (A) a total of 15 pigs (approx. 40 kg, in general aesthesia, right sided positioned, with 7 ports) have been operated from February to August 2006: 1. laparoscopic nephrectomy, 2. laparoscopic in-situ cold perfusion, 3. laparoscopic renal autotransplantation (B).

Nach 50 h Übung an einem Pelvitrainer zum Erlernen des laparoskopischen Handlings und insbesondere verschiedener Nahttechniken (Phase A) wurden von Februar bis August 2006 insgesamt 15 Schweine operiert (ca. 40 kg, Intubationsnarkose, Rechtsseitenlage, 7 Trokare): 1. laparoskopische Nephrektomie, 2. In-situ-Kaltperfusion, 3. laparoskopische Autotransplantation (Phase B).
