1. The balance sheet total as well as any major balance sheet line items, in particular inventories, accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as stockholders' equity, increased significantly compared to September 30, 2003.

2. Additionally and if approved by the AGM, a one-time superdividend of €1.00 will be paid out in order to allow stockholders to share in the gain from the disposal of the Infrastructure Services business unit.

Zusätzlich soll, wenn die Hauptversammlung zustimmt, einmalig eine Sonderdividende von 1,00 € gezahlt werden, um die Aktionäre am Gewinn aus dem Verkauf des Geschäftsfelds Infrastructure Services zu beteiligen.
