4. Secondary syphilis and acrodermatitis chronica atrophicans regularly show a lichenoid infiltrate with interface dermatitis, whereas epidermal involvement is typically absent in erythema migrans, virus exanthema and bacillary angiomatosis.

Ein lichenoides Entzündungsinfiltrat mit Interface-Dermatitis ist häufig bei der sekundären Syphilis und im Rahmen einer Acrodermatitis chronica arthrophicans nachzuweisen, wohingegen eine epidermale Beteiligung beim Erythema migrans, Virusexanthemen und der bazillären Angiomatose zumeist fehlt.
