1. It is not acceptable that public health be put at risk like this.

2. 12. Voices concern at the difficulties experienced in 2008 in migrating the old accounting system to ABAC and the late implementation of a proper accounting system which still put at risk the quality of the financial information concerning the carry-overs from the previous year, the use of assigned revenue and the link with certain figures in the balance sheet for 2007; expresses its deep concern about the fact the College’s actions are now delayed until 2011 due to the resignation of two key actors in the financial circuit: the Accounting Officer and the Finance and Budget Officer;

12. ist besorgt darüber, dass die 2008 aufgetretenen Schwierigkeiten bei der Umstellung vom alten Rechnungsführungssystem auf ABAC und die verspätete Umsetzung eines angemessenen Rechnungsführungssystems die Qualität der Finanzinformationen zu den Mittelübertragungen aus dem vorangegangenen Jahr, die Verwendung der zweckgebundenen Einnahmen und die Verbindung mit bestimmten Beträgen in der Bilanz für 2007 immer noch gefährden; ist äußerst besorgt darüber, dass aufgrund des Ausscheidens von zwei für den Finanzkreislauf wichtigen Akteuren aus dem Dienst, nämlich des Rechnungsführers und des Finanz- und Haushaltsreferenten, die Maßnahmen der Akademie nunmehr auf 2011 verschoben wurden;
