1. (a) if the laws, regulations and administrative provisions adopted in pursuance of this Directive are not complied with;

a) wenn die in Anwendung dieser Richtlinie erlassenen Rechts- oder Verwaltungsvorschriften nicht erfüllt werden;

2. ALURE has three specific objectives in pursuance of this goal: - To improve the services of Latin American utilities, preferably in the growth sub-sectors of electricity and natural gas, and to promote business relations with European firms linked to the sector, such as utilities, financial operators and industrial firms, in particular small businesses; - To contribute, where necessary, to the adaptation of legal and institutional frameworks; - To promote sustainable development with relevant schemes.

Zu diesem Zweck verfolgt ALURE drei vorrangige Ziele: - Verbesserung der Leistungsfähigkeit der lateinamerikanischen Energieversorgungsunternehmen, vor allem in den Wachstumssektoren Elektrizität und Erdgas, und die Förderung der Geschäftsbeziehungen mit ihren europäischen Partnern, das heißt mit den Energieversorgungsunternehmen, den Finanz-und Industrieunternehmen und insbesondere mit den KMU; - Unterstützung der Anpassung der rechtlichen und institutionellen Rahmenbedingungen, soweit erforderlich; - Förderung der nachhaltigen Entwicklung durch entsprechende Aktionen.

3. The purpose of cooperation in this area shall be the pursuance of agrarian reform, the modernisation, privatisation and restructuring of agriculture, the agro-industrial and service sectors in the Republic of Armenia, development of domestic and foreign markets for Armenian products, in conditions that ensure the protection of the environment, taking into account the necessity to improve security of food supply as well as the development of agri-business, the processing and distribution of agricultural products.

Ziel der Zusammenarbeit in diesem Bereich ist die Fortsetzung der Bodenreform, die Modernisierung, die Privatisierung und die Umstrukturierung der Landwirtschaft, der Ernährungswirtschaft und des Dienstleistungssektors in der Republik Armenien, die Entwicklung in- und ausländischer Märkte für armenische Erzeugnisse unter Bedingungen, durch die der Schutz der Umwelt gewährleistet wird, und unter Berücksichtigung der Notwendigkeit einer besser gesicherten Nahrungsmittelversorgung sowie die Entwicklung der Agrar- und Ernährungswirtschaft, der Verarbeitung und des Vertriebs landwirtschaftlicher Erzeugnisse.
