4. Testing revealed reduced visual acuity, adversely affected color discrimination, visual field defects, and a monophasic, “photopic” dark adaptation.

Funktionell stehen reduzierter Visus, diffuse Farbsinnstörungen, Gesichtsfeldausfälle und unvollständige, „monophasische“ Dunkeladaptation ohne Empfindlichkeitssteigerung im Bereiche des Stäbchen-Sehens im Vordergrunde.
