Bei den „Mantecados de Estepa“ handelt es sich um Kleingebäck mit den gemeinsamen Zutaten Weizenmehl, Schweineschmalz und Puderzucker, zu denen je nach der Sorte „Mantecado de Estepa“ (Zimt, Hausmacherart, Olivenöl, Mandeln, Kakao, Kokos, Zitrone, Haselnuss oder Vanille) die in Absatz 3.3 genannten Zutaten hinzukommen.
