1. 3 Under Article 27 of Law No 3185/2003, the flight operations of OA and its subsidiary Olympiaki Aeroploïa AE (Olympic Aviation) were hived off and regrouped ‘by merger’ within another of OA’s subsidiaries, Makedonikes Aerogrammes AE (Macedonian Airways), which received the name Olympiakes Aerogrammes AE (Olympic Airlines; ‘NOA’).

3 Gemäß Art. 27 des Gesetzes Nr. 3185/2003 wurde die Flugbetriebssparte von OA und ihrer Tochtergesellschaft Olympiaki Aeroploïa AE (Olympic Aviation) abgespalten und „durch Fusion“ in eine andere Tochtergesellschaft von OA, Makedonikes Aerogrammes AE (Macedonian Airways), die die Bezeichnung Olympiakes Aerogrammes AE (Olympic Airlines, im Folgenden: NOA) erhielt, eingegliedert.

They explained that the privatisation for which the Hellenic Republic opted from 2003 was based on separating the flight operations of the Olympic Airways Group and the formation of a new independent company, NOA, outside the Olympic Airways Group, with the aim of maximising its value and selling it immediately.

Grundlage des Privatisierungsverfahrens, für das sich die Hellenische Republik von 2003 an entschieden habe, sei die Abtrennung des Flugbetriebs des Olympic-Airways-Konzerns und die Gründung einer neuen autonomen Gesellschaft, NOA, die außerhalb des Olympic-Airways-Konzerns stand, gewesen, mit dem Ziel, ihren Wert zu maximieren und sie unmittelbar zu verkaufen.

3. This review summarizes findings, discusses problems and defines new questions from the phase III trials on anaplastic gliomas. The molecular subgroup analyses of the NOA-04 trial identified three molecular parameters, which predict longer progression-free and overall survival independent from the mode of therapy, radiotherapy or alkylating chemotherapy-. These are 1p/19q codeletion, methylation of the promoter of the O6-methylguanyl methyltransferase (MGMT) gene and hot-spot mutations in the isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 (IDH1) gene.

Die molekularen Subgruppenanalysen der NOA-04-Studie haben drei molekulare Marker identifiziert, die unabhängig von der Art der Therapie – Strahlentherapie oder Chemotherapie mit Alkylanzien – die Vorhersage eines längeren progressionsfreien und Gesamtüberlebens erlauben: die 1p/19q-Kodeletion, die O6-Methylguanylmethyltransferase (MGMT)-Promotor-Methylierung und Mutationen im Isozitratdehydrogenase-1 (IDH1)-Gen.
