1. We have to distinguish between connatal teleangiectatic nevi (deficient neurovasal transfer), tardive angiectatic nevi (deficient capillary walls) acquired vascular damages, angiokeratotic nevi, lymphectatic nevi, angiomas (primary vascular proliferation), glomangiomas, and malignant vascular tumors.

Wichtigste Gruppen sind: Teleangiektatische Naevi (gestörte neurovasale Übertragung), tardive angiektatische Naevi (Gefäßwandfehlbildung), erworbene Ektasien (z.B. Solarschäden), angiokeratotische Naevi, Angiome, Glomangiome und maligne vaskuläre Tumoren.

Ein 36-jähriger Patient zeigte am unteren Rücken und im Glutealbereich einen kongenitalen Riesenpigmentnävus sowie multiple disseminierte Nävuszellnävi am gesamten Integument.

9. In the 54 tumors with giant cells the following points have been analyzed in detail: sex and age of the patients, localisation of the nevus-cell-nevi, histological structure, junctional activity, infiltration of round cells, frequency of adipose tissue cells, fibrosis in the nevus cells complexes and morphology of the giant cells.

Folgende Faktoren wurden in Hinblick auf das Vorkommen von Riesenzellen in Naevuszell-Naevi näher analysiert: Geschlecht und Alter der Patienten, Lokalisation der Naevuszell-Naevi, histologischer Gesamtaufbau, junktionale Aktivität, Rundzellinfiltrate, Häufigkeit von Fettgewebszellen und Fibrose in den Naevuszell-Verbänden, Morphologie der Riesenzellen.

10. As a class effect, BRAF-inhibitors induce proliferative disorders of keratinocytes and melanocytes, such as palmoplantar hyperkeratosis (as part of the hand-foot syndrome), verruciform and acanthoma-like lesions, follicular and Grover disease-like hyperkeratoses, keratoacanthomas, squamous cell carcinomas and atypical melanocytic nevi with transition to secondary melanomas.

Als Klasseneffekt der BRAF-Inhibitoren sind Keratinozyten- und Melanozytenproliferationen zu nennen, die sich als palmoplantare Kallus-artige Hyperkeratosen (im Rahmen des Hand-Fuß-Syndroms), Verruca- oder Akanthom-artige Knoten, follikuläre Hyperkeratosen, Morbus-Grover-artige Hyperkeratosen oder Keratoakanthome bzw. Plattenepithelkarzinome äußern können.
