It was noticed that the spontaneous motility of the myometrium was in close correlation to the perfusion pressure and that the strength of the mechanical contraction was proportional to the perfusion pressure: during the acme of the contraction the perfusion pressure also reached maximal values while it decreased during the relaxation phase.

Es wurde festgestellt, daß die Spontanmotilität des Myometriums in engem Zusammenhang mit dem Perfusionsdruck steht, wobei sich Kontraktionsstärke und Perfusionsdruck proportional zueinander verhalten; während eines Kontraktionsgipfels erreichte auch der Perfusionsdruck Maximalwerte, während einer Relaxation dagegen fiel er ab.
