1. About 90 hectares of vineyards with up to 83% of acclivity make the site one of the largest contiguous southward slopes at the Moselle.

2. Located in a wide, natural amphitheater of the Moselle valley, the wine of the commune of Klüsserather Bruderschaft (confraternatity of Klüsserath) is deemed to be a classical, southward, precipitous vineyard.

In einem weiten, natürlichen Amphitheater des Moseltales gelegen, gilt die den Ort hinterfangende Weinwand der „Klüsserather Bruderschaft“ als klassischer, steil nach Süden geneigter Mittelmosel-Weinberg.

3. (a) Frontier workers who pursue the activities of employed persons in the territory of a Member State other than France and who reside in the French departments of Haut-Rhin, Bas-Rhin and Moselle, shall be entitled in the territory of those departments to the benefits in kind provided for by the local Alsace-Lorraine scheme set up by Laws No 46-1428 of 12 June 1946 and No 67-814 of 25 September 1967, pursuant to Article 19 of the Regulation.

a) Grenzgänger, die in den französischen Departements Haut-Rhin, Bas-Rhin und Moselle wohnen und ihre Erwerbstätigkeit im Hoheitsgebiet eines anderen Mitgliedstaats als Frankreich ausüben, erhalten in Anwendung von Artikel 19 der Verordnung im Gebiet dieser Departements die Sachleistungen gemäß der durch Dekret Nr. 46–1428 vom 12. Juni 1946 und Nr. 67–814 vom 25. September 1967 eingeführten Regelung für Elsaß-Lothringen.
