1. In this context the Committee notes with disappointment the ambiguous statements and proposals with regard to the European Youth Forum, which indicate misconceptions about the functions and independent nature of civil society organisations.

In diesem Zusammenhang nimmt der Ausschuss enttäuscht die wenig eindeutigen Aussagen und Vorschläge zum Europäischen Jugendforum zur Kenntnis, die auf falsche Wahrnehmungen der Funktionen und Autonomie der Organisationen der Zivilgesellschaft schließen lässt.
