1. Test inocula are taken from a vitamin base-ammonium sulfate-dextrose positive control slant.

2. Cows' milk, salt, calf's rennet, lactic acid enzymes and/or natural inocula where required.

Kuhmilch, Salz, Kälberlab, ggf. Milchbakterienkulturen und/oder natürliche Starterkulturen.

3. Inocula may be pre-conditioned to the experimental conditions, but not pre-adapted to the test chemical.

Die Inokula können an die Versuchsbedingungen, nicht aber an die Prüfsubstanz adaptiert werden.
