1. A subsequent report, drawn up on 20 March 2001 by the health and safety division of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, criticised Mr Lehtinen for acting in breach of the principle of sound administration and in a manner injurious to the economic interests of AGM by collaborating with AGM’s competitors.

In einem späteren Bericht der Arbeitsschutzabteilung des Sozial- und Gesundheitsministeriums vom 20. März 2001 wurde Herrn Lehtinen vorgeworfen, dass er durch die Zusammenarbeit mit der Konkurrenz von AGM gegen den Grundsatz der ordnungsgemäßen Verwaltung verstoßen und zum Nachteil von AGM gehandelt habe.
