Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine härtbare wässrige Polyurethandispersion im Wesentlichen aus a) wenigstens einer Verbindung mit zwei freien Isocyanatgruppen, mindestens einer Allophanatgruppe und mindestens einer radikalisch polymerisierbaren C=C-Doppelbindung, wobei direkt an die Doppelbindung eine Carbonylgruppe oder ein Sauerstoffatom in Etherfunktion gebunden ist, b) wenigstens einer Verbindung mit mindestens einer gegenüber Isocyanatgruppen reaktiven Gruppe und einer radikalisch polymerisierbaren C=C-Doppelbindung, c) gegebenenfalls wenigstens einer Verbindung mit mindestens einer gegenüber Isocyanatgruppen reaktiven Gruppe und mindestens einer Säuregruppe, e) mindestens einer basischen Verbindung für eine Neutralisation oder Teilneutralisation der Säuregruppen der Verbindung d), und einem thermischen Initiator und deren Verwendung zur Beschichtung von Substraten.
