1. The paper addresses the problem solution of selecting the worst-case initial condition when designing output state controllers subject to the restriction of the controller matrix norm.

Die vorliegende Arbeit präsentiert die ungünstigsten Anfangsbedingungen, unter denen ein Regelkreis mit Ausgangszustandsregler optimal entworfen werden kann, wenn zugleich seine Matrixnorm begrenzt wird.

2. The general initial condition solution will be derived from a fundamental solution and will be given in terms of an integral transform for locally summable functions (singular integral).
