1. We report the first case of late abscess formation of a mesh after laparoscopic hernia repair.

7. Results: In supracondylar fractures of the femur and posterior dislocations the lesion of popliteal artery was always found between hiatus of adductor magnus m. and sural branches (popliteal segment P I).

Ergebnisse: Bei supracondylären Oberschenkelfrakturen und hinteren Knieluxationen fand sich stets die A.-poplitea-Läsion zwischen Hiatus tendineus des Adduktorenkanals und dem Abgang der Aa.surales (P I Segment).

Bei intravenöser Applikation von Adefovir an trächtigen Ratten wurden im maternaltoxischen Dosisbereich (systemische Exposition um das #fache höher als bei der therapeutischen Dosis für Menschen) embryotoxische Wirkungen und eine höhere Inzidenz fetaler Fehlbildungen (Anasarka, verringertes Vorwölben der Augen, Nabelbruch und Knick im Schwanz) beobachtet

10. In posterior dislocations the popliteal artery is normally overstretched between hiatus of adductor magnus m. and sural branches (P I), whereas anterior dislocations showed a popliteal artery lesion near by sural branches (P II) or between sural branches and the end of tibiofibular trunc (P III).

Bei hinteren Knieluxationen wird in der Regel der Gefäßabschnitt zwischen Hiatus adductorius und Abgang der Aa.surales überdehnt (P I), während vordere Luxationen A.-poplitea-Läsionen am Abgang der Aa.surales (PII) oder zwischen Aa.surales und vollständiger Aufzweigung des Truncus tibiofibularis (P III) zeigen.
