2. In the first indent of Article 4 of Regulation (EEC) No 1596/79, 'Granny Smith and Bramley's Seedling' is hereby added after 'Delicious Pilafa'.

In Artikel 4 Absatz 1 erster Gedankenstrich der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1596/79 sind hinter dem Namen »Delicious Pilafa" die Namen »Granny Smith" sind »Bramley's Seedling" einzufügen.

3. In Regulation (EEC) No 1203/73 in Annex VII 'Apples', under the heading 'Variety conversion factor' the variety Granny Smith is added to the list entitled 'List of varieties of large dessert apples'.

In Anhang VII »Äpfel, Anpassungsköffizient Sorte" der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 1203/73 ist unter der Überschrift »Tafeläpfel großfrüchtiger Sorten" die Sorte »Granny Smith" anzufügen.
