2. Only in one patient with juvenile onset diabetes an accumulation of lipid particles within the cisternae of the Golgi apparatus was observed.

Nur einer der Patienten mit juvenilem Diabetes zeigte gehäufte Lipidpartikel in den Zisternen des Golgi-Apparates.

3. In this process probably osmiophilic granules approximately 100 Å in diameter, dilated elements of the agranular ER 1000 to 2000 Å in diameter, and the Golgi apparatus play an important role.

Dabei sind vermutlich ± stark osmiophile Granula von etwa 100 Å Durchmesser, erweiterte Anteile des agranulären ER von 1000–2000 Å Durchmesser und der Golgi-Apparat wesentlich beteiligt.

On the basis of the relation seen between MVB and the Golgi-apparatus, their transition to partially atypical keratinosomes in cases of viral acanthomas and their “expulsion” into the intercellular space could indicate that in keratinozytes the enzymatically regulated feed-back between the cellular surface and the capability to synthesize is changed by viral agents.

Auf Grund der Beziehungen von MVK zum Golgi-Apparat, ihrer Umwandlung zu teilweise atypischen Keratinosomen bei Virssacanthomen und Ausschleusung in den Intercellularraum könnte dafür sprechen, daß die enzymatisch gesteuerte Rückkopplung zwischen Zelloberfläche und Synthesefähigkeit der Keratinocyten virusbedingt verändert ist.

The following cell types were analysed precisely: indifferent duct cells (small formation of organelles, desmosomes), storing striated duct cells (glycogen granules, multiple mitochondrias, basal labyrinth), myoepithelial cells (myofilaments, pinocytosis vesicles, lipofuscin granules, hemidesmosomes), goblet cells (mucous vacuoles, basal endoplasmatic reticulum), sebaceous cells (lipid droplets, microvilli, desmosomes) and clear acinic cells (electron pale secretory granules, small mitochondrias, small golgi apparatus).

Folgende Zelltypen wurden näher analysiert: indifferente Gangzellen (geringe Organellenausbildung, Desmosomen), speichernde Streifenstückzellen (Glykogengranula, zahlreiche Mitochondrien, basales Labyrinth), Myoepithelzellen (Myofilamente, Pinocytose-Vesicel, Lipofuscingranula, Hemidesmosomen), epidermoide Zellen (Tonofilamente, Desmosomen), Becherzellen (Schleimvacuolen, basales endoplasmatisches Reticulum), Talgdrüsenzellen (Lipidtropfen, Mikrovilli, Desmosomen) und helle Acinuszellen (elektronenoptisch helle Sekretgranula, kleine Mitochondrien, kleiner Golgiapparat).
