1. In the normal gastric mucosa, primarily in the region of the goblet part of the foveolar cells and in the surface epithelium there is a moderately intense to weak phospho-amidase activity. With epithelial proliferation and anaplasia the activity increases.

In der normalen Magenschleimhaut findet sich im wesentlichen nur im Bereich der Becherteile der Foveola-Zellen und Oberflächenepithelien eine mäßig starke bzw. schwache Enzymaktivität der Phosphoamidase, die mit fortschreitender Proliferationstendenz und Anaplasie zunimmt.
