3. Consequently, the act of ordering implies the buyer’s full and unqualified acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Der Kaufer bestätigt die Verkaufsbedingungen zur Kenntnis vor der Bestellung genommen zu haben.

4. (e) In Section III, 1, the first question was answered as follows : "Yes - compliance with sale prices, scale of rebates, the total scale of aggregated rebates and the General Conditions of Sale".

e) In Rubrik III, 1 wird die erste Frage folgendermassen beantwortet : ja-Beachtung der Verkaufspreise, der Rabattstaffel, des Gesamtumsatzrabatts und der Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen.

5. 1 . ( A ) PRICE LISTS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE SHALL APPLY NOT EARLIER THAN TWO CLEAR DAYS AFTER THEY HAVE BEEN ADDRESSED TO THE DEPARTMENT DESIGNATED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF THE MEMBER STATE .

( 1 ) a ) Die Preislisten und Verkaufsbedingungen sind anwendbar frühestens zwei Tage , nachdem sie an die von dem Mitgliedstaat benannte Stelle versandt worden sind .
