The protection of the names referred to in Article #(a)(III) and Article # shall not prevent the use by Australia of the following names to describe and present a wine in Australia, and in third countries where the laws and regulations so permit, during the transitional period of # months after entry into force of this Agreement: Amontillado, Auslese, Claret, Fino, Oloroso, Spatlese

The protection of the names referred to in Article 12(1)(a)(III) and Article 16 shall not prevent the use by Australia of the following names to describe and present a wine in Australia, and in third countries where the laws and regulations so permit, during the transitional period of 12 months after entry into force of this Agreement: Amontillado, Auslese, Claret, Fino, Oloroso, Spatlese.

Der Schutz der Namen gemäß Artikel 12 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a Nummer III und Artikel 16 steht jedoch der Verwendung folgender Namen zur Bezeichnung und Aufmachung eines Weines in Australien und in Drittländern, sofern die einschlägigen Rechts- und Verwaltungsvorschriften dies erlauben, während der zwölfmonatigen Übergangszeit nach Inkrafttreten des Abkommens nicht entgegen: Amontillado, Auslese, Claret, Fino, Oloroso, Spätlese.
