2. On the marginal cirri of Stylonychia mytilus 4 functional types of movement are separated by means of frame-by-frame evaluation of cine-records (200 f/sec). These are demonstrated by single frames, phase diagrams and mean ratios of: amplitude, beat duration, frequency and angular speed (Table).

Durch bildweise Auswertung von Filmaufnahmen (200 B/sec) wurden an den Marginalcirren von Stylonychia mytilus 4 Funktionstypen der Bewegung unterschieden und mit Momentbildern, Phasendiagrammen und Mittelwerten über die Schlagparameter belegt (Tabelle).
