November 2014 vorgelegten Sicherheitsleistung (Sicherheitsleistung für die Vorfinanzierung von 89 430,71 Euro) von der Beteiligung an Verfahren zur Gewährung von Beiträgen zulasten des Haushalts der Europäischen Union und des Europäischen Entwicklungsfonds nach Art. 106 Abs. 14 Buchst. c der Verordnung Nr. 966/2012 (1) für höchstens drei Jahre ausgeschlossen und die Veröffentlichung auf der Website der Kommission angeordnet wird.
