2. On 28 July 2015 the Commission received a notification of a proposed concentration pursuant to Article 4 of Council Regulation (EC) No 139/2004 (1) by which the undertaking Archer Daniels Midland Company (‘ADM’) of the United States acquires within the meaning of Article 3(1)(b) of the Merger Regulation sole control of the whole of Eaststarch CV (‘Eaststarch’) of the Netherlands by way of purchase of shares.

Am 28. Juli 2015 ist die Anmeldung eines Zusammenschlusses nach Artikel 4 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 139/2004 des Rates (1) bei der Kommission eingegangen. Danach ist Folgendes beabsichtigt: Das Unternehmen Archer Daniels Midland („ADM“, USA) übernimmt im Sinne des Artikels 3 Absatz 1 Buchstabe b der Fusionskontrollverordnung durch Erwerb von Anteilen die alleinige Kontrolle über die Gesamtheit des Unternehmens Eaststarch C.V. („Eaststarch“, Niederlande).
