2. The same level of service applies to all clients, provided the case involves information (account balance, account movement) and simple orders (credit/debit advices, credit cards, payment slips).

Es gilt der gleiche Service wie für alle Kunden, soweit es sich um Auskünfte (Kontostand, Kontobewegung) und einfache Bestellungen (Gutschrifts-/Belastungsanzeige, Kontoabschlüsse, Kreditkarten, Einzahlungsscheine) handelt.
