Hierzu gehören das seltene adenoide PEC mit pseudoglandulären Strukturen durch Akantholyse, das biphasische adenosquamöse Karzinom mit Differenzierung als PEC und Adenokarzinom, das basaloidsquamöse Karzinom mit biphasischem Aufbau als PEC und solides basaloides Karzinom (analog dem soliden Typ des adenoid-zystischen Karzinoms) und das niedrig-differenzierte Mukoepidermoidkarzinom (Grad III) mit biphasischem Aufbau aus undifferenzierten epidermoiden und intermediären Zellverbänden sowie Einschluß kleiner Gruppen von schleimbildenden Becherzellen.
