1. whereas on 5 July 2011 the Leninski court in Grodna passed a verdict acquitting Mr Poczobut, under Part 1, Article 368 of the Criminal Code, of the charge of insulting the President but finding him guilty, under Part 1, Article 367 of the same Code, of defaming the President;
