Der Generalstaatsanwalt sollte systematisch die Gründe für Freisprüche in wichtigen Fällen analysieren und Empfehlungen für die Bearbeitung künftiger Fälle aussprechen, wenn Verfahrensmängel festgestellt wurden, sowie bei Freisprüchen Revision einlegen, wenn sich herausstellt, dass das Gericht die vorgelegten Beweismittel nicht angemessen gewürdigt hat.
