The Directive also includes in Articles 4, 5 and 6 provisions on information, administrative cooperation, enforcement and jurisdiction.

2. 5 Artikel 17 des Vertrages bestimmt, dass für Streitigkeiten zwischen der Kommission und dem Begünstigten, die sich im Rahmen der Vertragsabwicklung ergeben und zwischen den Vertragsparteien nicht gütlich beigelegt werden können, ... der Gerichtsstand Brüssel" gilt.

5 Clause 17 of the contract stipulates that [a]ny dispute between the Commission and the beneficiary which arises out of the performance of the ... contract and which it had not been possible to settle amicably between the parties will be brought before the Brussels courts.
