1. (9) Der brasilianische Ausführer führte an, daß der Ausfuhrpreis und der Normalwert nicht vergleichbar seien und gemäß Artikel 2 Absatz 10 der Verordnung (EWG) Nr. 2176/84 die die Vergleichbarkeit der Preise beeinflussenden Unterschiede gebührend berücksichtigt werden müssten.

(9) The Brazilian exporter argued that, the export price and the normal value were not on a comparable basis, and that appropriate alowances should be made in accordance with Article 2 (10) of Regulation (EEC) No 2176/84 which provides for differences affecting price comparability.
