( B ) COMMERCIAL DOCUMENTS RELATING TO THE DISPATCH INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE RELEVANT PRODUCTS AND TO THE CARRIAGE THEREOF , INCLUDING COPIES OF THE SHIPPING ORDERS , MARITIME BILLS OF LADING , INLAND WATERWAY AFFREIGHTMENT CONTRACTS AND CONSIGNMENT NOTES FOR TRANSPORT BY RAIL OR BY ROAD .
