3. Den verfügbaren Informationen zufolge erhöhten die Gläubigerbanken den Plafond der Hynix zur Verfügung gestellten Dokumente gegen Akzept (D/A) nur, weil die KEIC für die Erhöhung bürgte.

It is noted that according to the information on the record, the banks extended the D/A (documents against acceptance) ceiling only because this extension was guaranteed by KEIC.
